Authenticity: We guarantee that all products listed (Smart TVs, Soundbars, Refrigerators, Air Conditioners, Washing Machines, and Accessories) are 100% original TCL merchandise.
Accuracy: We strive to display accurate product images, specifications, and prices. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are entirely error-free. If a product offered is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition per our Return Policy.
